I can't believe I didn't get a complimentary upgrade after all these inconveniences. How hard is it to check for basic cleanliness? It ruined what could have been a good experience.

Excellent services were available.

this good business hotel was an incredible base for a longer stay. the staff where exceptionally pleasant and pleasant and offered us a modern room with comfortable bed. extra facilities such as a fridge and a microwave were really useful.

The bed provided a comfy sleep experience, but the kitchenette was closed off .

Clean bathroom and modern room. Exceptionally comfortable bed, immensely pleasant and superfriendly staff.

The views from the suite offered a picturesque cityscape, an amazing backdrop to enjoy with a loved one. The room itself provided ample space.

On arrival, the radiators were completely off, leaving the room quite chilly for a December night, and the windows let in a draft along with street noise. The kitchenette, supposed to be a feature of the suite, was locked and unavailable without an extra charge. I encountered cleanliness issues such as dirty walls and a hairdryer handed to me that was sticky and needed a wipe down. Finally, the shower handset was broken.

I was disappointed with the lack of daily housekeeping . The kitchen facilities were closed even though the hotel was not busy, frustrating. The mattress in the room was uncomfortable as it shifted uncomfortably during the night.

What stands out, both good and bad

The staff was kind, always ready to help with a warm smile. The spacious room provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

The air conditioning was ineffective, resulting in discomfort during warmer nights. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, leading to frequent disconnections.

Recommend it for couples looking for a convenient stop

The large, well-appointed room was a surprise! Air conditioning was great but I was surprised to find no cups for coffee, asked and got access to the whole kitchen, that was generous of them, I didn't complain. I felt at home, even if the microwave was broken.

It wasn't expensive but not exactly a steal either.

Nice stay with a few quirks

The location was key for me, just a short stroll to local spots. Staff were super friendly and always up for a chat. The kitchen setup was a bit lacking, though. Could def use a few more utensils. It served my needs just fine!

Great location for us, right by a tram stop. We grabbed dinner and drinks at Le Martin-Pecheur nearby 🍹.
